Since transitioning from middle school to high school, she has adapted to evolving building needs, consistently demonstrating professionalism and a growth-oriented mindset regardless of course assignment from traditional mathematics courses to specialized intervention programs.
Jen always puts students first. Jen designs instruction around learners’ needs, builds strong relationships, and removes barriers so students can engage and succeed. Jen is a great teacher for all students. She has a skill in teaching math with clear explanations, language scaffolds, visuals, and manipulatives. Her classrooms are places where all students access rigorous content and make measurable progress.
Beyond her classroom, Jen collaborates exceptionally well with peers. She participates in team planning, shares strategies, and uses assessment data to understand students as whole learners.
