We have had the privilege and honor to work with Tiffany Messer for the last seven years. Over the years, we have watched her grown into an amazing teacher. In true second grade form, her teaching partner and BFF has written a poem highlighting her strengths.
R is for respectful - Tiffany treats each and every one of her Smarties with the upmost respect starting from the moment she greets them at the door.
I is for inventive - Tiffany is continually creating new lesson plans in order to help her students better understand concepts. When something doesn't work she goes back to the drawing board and tries again and again and again !
S is for strong - Tiffany has a strong knowledge of the content area she teaches!
I is for inspiring - Watching Tiffany teach and interact with her students inspires colleagues to be the best they can be! You can't help but smile when you watch her teach.
