Message from the Principal

NEWS FROM NORWOOD HIGH SCHOOL

Welcome to the 2019-2020 school year!

It is an honor and privilege to serve the families of Norwood as Principal.  My career in education began at Norwood High School in 1991.  I could have never imagined that 28 years later I would be named Principal.  I am inspired by the talented and dedicated staff of Norwood High School.  The staff has been hard at work preparing lessons that will challenge and provide each and every student a strong foundation.  New to our staff this school year are Eric Lawson (Assistant Principal), Haley Harris (Guidance Counselor), Amanda Buop (Social Work), Kevin Lockwoood (Marching Band), Kristen Post (Spanish Teacher), Marilin Earl (Spanish Teacher), Savanna Weaver (Science Teacher), Adam McLain (Intervention Specialist) and Scott Prickett (School Resource Officer).

Norwood High School has a long and distinguished history of academic excellence.  As in the past, Norwood High continues to provide students with experiences that help build skills necessary in preparation for post-secondary pathways.
