There are two methods to submit a ticket:
Option 1: Creating a Help Desk Ticket - Email
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Email subject should include: building, room number and brief description of problem (Vague/missing descriptions greatly slow down resolution times.)
- Email body should include specific details of the problem, printer model, etc.
Option 2: For critical issues, please contact the help desk directly at ext. 2899 or (513) 924-2899.
