Head Start Head Start is a federal funded early childhood program designed to provide comprehensive services to young children and emphasizes parent engagement. The program serves children and families who are most at risk in the community.

H.I.P.P.Y. The H.I.P.P.Y. ( Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters) program by the YWCA.   Contact Maria Meinking for more information.

WeTHRIVE! Norwood Preschool is partnering with the WeThrive initiative to "create a culture of health, safety, and vitality throughout Hamilton County. 


Healthy Pregnancy and the Early Years- Pregnancy to Age 3

Home visits from Every Child Succeeds mean moms get extra support for a healthy pregnancy and continues as your child grows and develops.  Any pregnant mom or any family, with a child or children under the age of 12 weeks old living in 45212, is eligible for our program.  As a new parent in our community, ECS is offered to you at no cost and is completely voluntary. The home visitor will share information and fun activities to help your child learn through play, supporting physical, social and emotional development. The ultimate goal is to make sure your baby grows to be healthy, happy and successful!  Call 513-636-2830 or visit our website.
